Aro Eberle Architects was brought on board to plan, design, and lead the office remodel of a young health systems consulting company. Leadership saw the need to create a central place to call home that would not only better support their in-office staff, but also provide space to engage with and welcome remote staff. The renovation was a critical step in growing their business and attracting and retaining top talent.
The new layout was driven by the goal of maximizing the distribution of natural lighting while balancing the need for private, enclosed offices. The design relied heavily on borrowed lighting, solar tubes, and shared access to windows at the termination of corridors to amplify the available natural lighting.
The approach to the furniture and material palette was based on the desire for a clean, modern, and comfortable space. In response, selections incorporated subtle textures and neutral, contrasting colors. Intentional material transitions, clean casework details, and classic architectural forms combine to elevate the space.
With a comprehensive design approach that included interiors, architecture, and furniture specification, the result is a fully coordinated office remodel that supports the work and mission of the client.
