Award of Excellence, Hospitality/Retail – IIDA WI Design Awards, 2015
Takara 88 represents a new direction for the Madison-area Takara restaurants. An existing Italianate restaurant space was transformed into a contemporary sushi destination. Kitchen improvements included hot line renovations and a new 4 station sushi bar. The dining room was completely refinished, and a variety of table and banquette seating experiences along with semi-private dining spaces were created.
